Implementing Patronus safeguarding software has been a transformative step for our business. Its comprehensive reporting tools, intuitive interface, and robust features have empowered our team to confidently engage with the system. Patronus have worked closely with us, listening to our needs and adapting the platform to support both event and non-event days. This collaborative approach has created an engaging and responsive service.

The Diocese of Leeds Safeguarding team have been working closely with Patronus Safeguarding in particular with Martin Chapman, to develop and implement a bespoke safeguarding concern management system compliant with GDPR, Data protection. The system has proven to be an invaluable asset to the case management of the team, simple to use, efficient and user-friendly, allowing our team to manage, access and utilise with ease. The support from Martin has been excellent, adapting the system to meet our needs as we progress it further. We would recommend Patronus to anyone looking to introduce and develop such a system.
