She supports organizations in developing and implementing robust safeguarding policies, practices, and audits. Her impact extends to fostering a safeguarding-oriented culture that permeates the entire company's leadership, operations, and support for individuals at risk. Currently, she holds a strategic position overseeing a team of 70 Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and is responsible for safeguarding, well-being, and inclusion within a global corporation.
Klaudia possesses extensive experience with Ofsted requirements for Further Education (FE) and Early Years, backed by a history of successful Ofsted inspections. Additionally, she has previously overseen the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) domain for Essex County Council's Adult Community Learning. She also stands as a co-founder of the Patronus Safeguarding Reporting System, a testament to her dedication to advancing safeguarding efforts.
