Martin has worked in technology for 15 years, as an individual contributor, Engineering manager and as CTO. His dream was to start his own venture, something that not only provided value to customers, but a product that would truly help people and make an make an impact on those tat needed it most

An opportunity presented itself when his partner Klaudia, then Head of Safeguarding, pointed out a gap in the market. A safeguarding tool, targeted at organisations outside of the education sector, that would suit the complex needs of any business, large or small.

Klaudia has a keen interest in supporting vulnerable people. Her professional journey spans across the charity, public, and private sectors, where she has ascended to leadership roles in safeguarding, including Head of Safeguarding.

She supports organizations in developing and implementing robust safeguarding policies, practices, and audits. Her impact extends to fostering a safeguarding-oriented culture that permeates the entire company's leadership, operations, and support for individuals at risk. Currently, she holds a strategic position overseeing a team of 70 Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and is responsible for safeguarding, well-being, and inclusion within a global corporation.

Klaudia possesses extensive experience with Ofsted requirements for Further Education (FE) and Early Years, backed by a history of successful Ofsted inspections. Additionally, she has previously overseen the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) domain for Essex County Council's Adult Community Learning. She also stands as a co-founder of the Patronus Safeguarding Reporting System, a testament to her dedication to advancing safeguarding efforts.
