How easy is it to get set up?

Getting up and running with Patronus is simple and quick, Just build your form template, generate an invite link and send it out to anyone in your company that should submit concerns. If you have multiple departments and want to build rules around notifications and permissions, we're here to help.

Is there a limit to how many concerns we can submit?

No! We don't charge by submissions or how many people in your organisation, we cater subscriptions to the size and needs of your business. We will never set restrictions on how many forms you submit.

I'm still using paper forms, can I still use Patronus?

We know how tough it is to transition your existing process to a digital approach. To help you along, we have a paper form importer that allows you to easily import handwritten forms and digitise them.

I don't get many concerns, why do I need Patronus?

In our experience, just because you don't hear about them, it doesn't mean concerns aren't happening. Safeguarding is about process and awareness, and in organisations that have used Patronus to establish improved safeguarding processes, they see an increase in incoming reports. This provides a feedback loop you can use to become more effective in your safeguarding practices.

Do you provide support in getting set up?

Yes, we're not just a technology platform, we are safeguarding professionals, and we care about helping organisations establish the best safeguarding processes possible. Beyond initial on-boarding, we can help with more complex set ups, form design and can even help with your processes outside in incident reporting, with consultation, policy writing, health-checks and audits.

Is my data secure on Patronus?

We take data security very seriously at Patronus. We handle very sensitive data and the last thing we want is data leaks or loss. Our technology is cloud based, which means it's protected from loss and all of the data we store is encrypted which means it can't be read, even in the unlikely event of a cyber attack. We've passed due diligence for some very security conscious organisations, so if you'd like to hear more, we're happy to answer your questions.

What makes you different from your competitors?

The big difference between us and the other incident reporting platforms on the market is our dedication to flexibility. Most of our competitors are geared towards the education sector, and the architecture and experience of these platforms simply don't work for companies outside of education. We have built a platform that can suit the needs of any type of business that requires a focus on safeguarding, no matter the size or shape.

We're a small charity and we're not sure we have the budget, can I still get a subscription?

We believe all organisations no matter the size should have access to an effective safeguarding platform. We offer subsidised subscriptions to charities and community organisations no matter the budget, just get in touch and let us know your needs.

Can I try before I buy?

Absolutely, we offer free trials and are always happy to extend these if you need more time. We understand changing processes is a complex process and we're to help make it as smooth as possible.

Patronus looks great, but it's missing something really important to me.
